Wisdom Work Lab™

Human Judgment, Leadership, and Organizational Intelligence in the Age of AI

A guided, cohort-based experience for professionals who carry responsibility in AI-mediated environments.

Why This Lab Exists

Artificial intelligence is now embedded in how we learn, work, and decide.

It explains.
It recommends.
It optimizes.

And yet, many professionals feel less certain, not more.

The challenge is no longer access to information.
It is the ability to
exercise judgment, own decisions, and lead responsibly when intelligent systems are always present.

The Wisdom Work Lab™ exists to address that challenge.

What is the Wisdom Work Lab?

The Wisdom Work Lab™ is a six-week, live, cohort-based thinking experience designed for people who must make consequential decisions in environments shaped by intelligent machines.

This is not technical training.
It is not prompt engineering.
It is not a certification.

It is a thinking lab—a structured space to develop clarity, judgment, and responsibility in the presence of AI.

Who the Lab is For

The Lab is designed for:

  • Professional knowledge workers navigating AI-enabled decision making

  • Educators and academic leaders redesigning learning environments

  • Technology and systems leaders responsible for AI-influenced outcomes

  • Managers and leaders who feel the weight of accountability—not just opportunity

If your work involves consequences, this Lab is for you.

Who the Lab is Not For

The Wisdom Work Lab™ is not intended for:

  • Tool-focused AI training

  • Entry-level learners

  • People looking for shortcuts, hacks, or optimization tricks

  • Anyone expecting pre-packaged answers

The work here is reflective, integrative, and human-centered.

What You Will Work On

The Lab develops five essential human capabilities for the age of intelligent machines.

1. Judgment Beyond Automation

Understanding what must remain human when systems grow more capable.

2. Question Framing

Learning how the questions we ask shape outcomes more than the answers we receive.

3. Ethical Discernment in Everyday Decisions

Moving ethics from policy statements into lived practice.

4. Leadership with Intelligent Systems

Leading with AI as a powerful tool—not an authority.

5. Organizational Intelligence

Designing environments where customized AI Tools for tracking evidence, assumptions, and implications are embedded in work.

How the Lab Works

Length: 6 weeks
Format: Live, online (Zoom)
Cohort size: Intentionally small to support dialogue and reflection

Weekly Rhythm

  • 90-minute live session

    • Concept framing (mini-lecture)

    • Guided discussion

    • Applied reflection

  • Weekly reflection prompt

  • Optional readings and curated resources

Sessions are interactive but structured.
Listening is valued. Thinking is required.

Weekly Themes

Week 1 — From Knowledge to Wisdom
What still belongs to humans in an age of intelligent machines

Week 2 — The Art of the Question
Why framing matters more than answers

Week 3 — Judgment When the Algorithm Is Confident
Responsibility, doubt, and leadership courage

Week 4 — Ethics as Everyday Practice
Designing ethical friction into fast systems

Week 5 — Organizational Intelligence
Why Customizing AI Tools for tracking evidence, assumptions, and implications is critical.

Week 6 — Becoming a Wisdom Worker
Integrating insight into your real work

What You Will Leave With

Participants consistently report:

  • Clearer thinking under pressure

  • Language to discuss AI responsibly with colleagues and leaders

  • Confidence to challenge AI outputs constructively

  • A practical judgment framework they can apply immediately

  • Relief from the constant pressure to “keep up”

You will not leave with more information.
You will leave with
better judgment.
