Mark Salisbury is a professor of computer science and organizational development at the University of St. Thomas, where he has spent many years helping organizations and leaders prepare for the future of work.

He is the author of Leadership in the Era of AI: How to Grow Organizational Intelligence, which introduces the practical leadership framework known as the Nine Promises—a guide for thinking clearly, acting responsibly, and leading with integrity in a rapidly changing world.

Rikko also plays an important role in shaping conversations, so they remain practical and accessible to real people dealing with real challenges.
